Support Page

On this page, you can get support. If you need help, just send me an Email/Message below in the Form anytime. We have provided you 3 different chat widget(s) option to contact me. You will have to scroll down for each of the chat widget. The first one is on the bottom right on your screen. It is in green (Wix Chat provided). The second one is on the bottom-left corner of your screen (purple with white message icon). The third & last one is on the bottom-right corner of your screen (blue with white message icon). This last one will also automatically send you the Chat Transcript once chat session has ended.

*NOTE: If you would like use to send you your chat transcript by email, you can request us to do so (for the chat widget on the bottom right on your screen - blue with white message icon - Tidio).

I also have a Knowledge Base (2 provided), meaning you can see all the questions you may have, all on one tool/website. There are 3 different Form(s) you can submit for feedback. The first one is from Zohodesk. The second one is from Freshdesk. You can submit a ticket with Freshdesk. The third one is from Jira Atlassian. You will have to at least type in a letter in the text box (How can we help?) to see further options.
